Refund policy

These Terms and Conditions govern the purchase of products from Court N Paddle by customers located in Canada and are provided in accordance with applicable Canadian consumer protection legislation.

Order Acceptance Placing an order constitutes an offer to purchase. We reserve the right to accept or decline any order for any reason, including product availability or pricing errors.

Pricing and Payment All prices are listed in Court N Paddle and are subject to change without notice. Applicable taxes will be added at checkout in accordance with your province of residence.

Shipping Estimated delivery times will be provided at checkout. Court N Paddle is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers or customs.

Cancellations and Returns Customers may request a cancellation within 24 hours of placing an order, provided it has not yet shipped. Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery for unused/undamaged products, subject to restocking fee / return shipping cost, if any.

Warranty no warranty beyond statutory consumer protections

Dispute Resolution These terms are governed by the laws of BC, Canada. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of BC
